About This Spot

Del Campo Latin Food & Cafe is a quietly inviting neighborhood treasure tucked along a bustling corner in Homestead. Walking in, you’re immediately greeted by a warm, unpretentious atmosphere where the hum of friendly conversation blends effortlessly with the comforting aromas of freshly brewed Cuban coffee and sizzling kitchen delights. It feels like a place designed for slow, relaxed mornings as much as it does for midday escapes — a spot where the pace slows down just enough for you to savor each bite and moment.

The soul of Del Campo lies in its blend of Cuban roots with touches of broader Latin American flavors, served with straightforward, heartfelt care. Whether you’re settling in for a casual breakfast or returning in the late afternoon for a coffee and a quick bite, the menu embraces you like a familiar story. Imagine biting into a sandwich thoughtful in its simplicity, or enjoying a steaming cup of cortadito that carries the weight of tradition in every sip. Each dish feels connected to the people behind the counter — approachable, honest, and made with a clear respect for home recipes.

The place welcomes a slow flow of locals and travelers alike, drawn not just by the food but by the quietly lively vibe that balances one part comfort with another part curiosity. It’s the kind of spot where servers share genuine smiles and guide your choices thoughtfully, making each visit feel less like a transaction and more like a shared discovery. Parking might require patience, and the space itself is modest, but these small realities only deepen the feeling that you’ve found something authentic — a corner where daily life and tradition meet without pretense.

Del Campo doesn’t rush you; it sets the table for memorable everyday moments. From the casual chatter at the counter to the modest rhythms of a kitchen that clearly values its craft, this is a place that invites you to pause, connect, and enjoy the subtle joys of Latin flavor deeply rooted in community.

The food was delicious and the service was on point. Great atmosphere and vibe! Best part was the price wast like under $20 for 2 people. Had the cuban sandwich and wife had the steak sandwich.

Great food! The severs were very friendly and helpful with the food options. My boyfriend and I stopped to grab coffee one evening and decided to go back the next day to try the breakfast option since the coffee was so good! Highly recommend. Thank you for a great experience!

High prices. Food was good. Not a fancy place. Parking can be tight. Service was great!

Little hole in the wall with delicious dominican food and some cuban varieties as per their menu. I had the Tres Tiros that consisted of plantain, eggs, salami and cheese, also included a cafe latte. The plantains were mashed with some pickled onions on top. My only complain is that there wasn't as much plantains as i would've liked but that's okay. The service was great too. Everyone was super nice and attentive.

The service here was great! I think the steak could be better seasoned but that’s about it. We enjoyed our meal very much. I will definitely be back to try the tres golpes!

I visited Del Campo Cafeteria this morning with my daughter for breakfast, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, the service was impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning. Thank you, Del Campo!
